Position Summary 职位概述

1.Handle all site inspections.

2.Directly responsible for all team contacts identified at the hotel, event deployment, contract signing and document notification to the relevant departments.

3.Be a main contact person among Sales team (all regional) and all departments for all enquiries.

4.To monitor and control use of hotel meeting facilities and venue for events both for internal & external guests.

5.Responsible for overseeing the activities of all in house groups ensuring events are executed as planned and guest expectations are met.
