We are currently looking for passionate brand builders, big idea thinkers & creative minds to join our in-house creative content agency, Content House. You’ll be part of a “start-up culture” helping us build the future of in-house content creative capabilities.

In this role, you will be involved in being an:

· Agency Account Manager – Lead strategic thinking/planning for brand’s holistic consumer-facing brand story.

· Own relationship with brand(s) teams:

· Receive, review and align briefs from brand team

· Own interactions with brand team to ensure smooth input, approvals and executions

· Manage brand’s budget for production provide talent inputs so brand can manage talent budget)

· Understand brand’s business strategy, targets, business results, and key priorities

· Agency Creative -

  • · Act as keeper of brand’s overall equity/visual identity including creation/updates to brand book and assets

  • · Support in creative copy writing, art direction, insights, big ideas for projects/assets as needed

· Agency Planning –

  • · Help write strong insights to bring creative to life

  • · End to end Creative/Production Execution –

  • · Manage creative process, priorities, & execution thereof (production) with creative/production resources (internal & external). This includes both long lead (e.g. video shoot preparation) and short (e.g. social, print, OOH, edits etc.)

  • · Own trafficking process for all of brand’s content

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of experience in brand marketing (or an equivalent field)

· Strong organizational skills & understanding + experience with project management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in client-facing creative or agency roles

· Live within commuting distance of role (based in Cincinnati, OH)
