Clinical Administrative Assistant Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Administrative Job Summary Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities Support Clinical Endpoints and event/endpoint adjudication services Direct communication with investigative sites and CRAs to collect documentation related to events/endpoints Processing/assembly of incoming event/endpoint packages Facilitate communication with adjudication committee members and Medpace team members Perform ClinTrak EAM (and other systems) data entry and provide status updates and Experience in healthcare or clinical research related setting preferred Qualifications A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; At least 1 year of administrative experience is necessary; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed; Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; and Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
