Lead Paralegal Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Legal & Sponsor Contracting Job Summary Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time, office-based paralegal to join our growing Sponsor Contracting team. Responsibilities Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to: Review sponsor and vendor contracts; Review confidentiality agreements; Process and distribute executed contracts; Draft termination letters to vendors; Manage, mentor,train,develop, and assign workload of a team of paralegals Act as the main point of contact for contract database; Provide contract process support to internal teams; Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research; Develop and draft training and process improvement documents; and Complete special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; 5-10+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts administrator; Preffered people management experience; Preferred contract management system experience; and Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
