Office Assistant Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Facilities Job Summary Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Office Services Coordinator to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities Coordination of office supply management through regular inventory, ordering, unpacking and stocking/distribution of supplies throughout our Cincinnati campus; Support stocking and maintenance of campus beverage equipment and breakroom supplies as needed; Responsible for organizing and overall cleanliness of supply rooms, receiving rooms and other storage areas; Facilitates new hire office and cubicle setup, and employee moves; Primary back-up for shipping and receiving administration for the campus; Cross trained to cover for Receptionist responsibilities as needed; Other tasks and projects as assigned by Facilities Management team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred; Experience with office supply coordination; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Exceptional team work skills; Ability to work independently.
