Role & Responsibilities

• Drive Lean execution on the production floor.​

• Identify and reduce waste through project and process execution.​

• Schedule production in accordance with operational needs.​

• Build and develop a high-performance team.​

• Subject matter expert in bakery and manufacturing processes​

• Track and monitor KPIs​

• Coordinate closely with General Manager facility vision and execution.​

• Manage the total operational value chain.​

• Near Miss, lost time, and recordables​

• Complaints, SQF, Customer audits,​

• Waste, OT%, Efficiency, and material cost ​

• Proven leadership ability in fast-paced production environments​

• Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma​

• Understanding of the total process​

• Translates strategy into action​

• Effective communication with all employment levels​

• Ability to facilitate effective meetings​

• Able to see the big picture and align to strategy.​

• High computational acumen​

• Skilled with data analysis tools.

Preferred Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and operations management, or related field.

• At least five (5) years’ experience in food manufacturing management

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
