A Cincinnati-based organization seeks a Senior Director for Global Facilities Management with experience in Facilities Operations that align to business unit strategies and increase efficiency and effectiveness through the development, implementation, and monitoring of an effective strategy to enhance employee experience, reduce negative cashflow, support business growth, maintain continuity of operations, and provide for the safety and security of all employees. The applicant will serve as the subject matter expert on all global facilities matters. The applicant will be responsible/assist with establishing policies and standards affecting global facilities program activities internationally. The applicant provides direction and technical support in developing and maintaining country programs' context-specific global facility operational plans. Job Responsibilities: Asset Management and Strategy Development:You will lead the development and execution of our Global Facilities Operations plan, focusing on assets such as parking lots, roofing, building structure, interior and exterior paint, plumbing infrastructure, interior flooring, and more. Contract Management:You will be responsible for the development of facility maintenance provider contract terms and identification of optimal maintenance providers, ensuring both quality and cost efficiency. Maintenance Program Optimization:You will develop, deploy, and optimize preventative, predictive, and condition-based monitoring maintenance programs, ensuring that our assets remain in excellent condition and prevent unforeseen downtime. KPI Development and Tracking:You will devise key performance indicators for assets and associated maintenance providers, monitoring these metrics to drive improvements and ensure optimal asset performance. Database Management:You will oversee the management of our facilities maintenance databases, ensuring that all asset data is accurate and up-to-date. Supplier Relationships: Accountable for supplier relationships with suppliers related as they relate to facilities operations strategies including Transaction Management, Professional Consulting Services, Design etc. Budget Management: Supporting the annual global occupancy expense budget and forecasting, and capital planning processes Business Partner: Establish self as liaison for all business functions. Quality Control: Where there are major refurbishments and developments, engage with key project stakeholders in order to develop a Sustainability Implementation Plan and uphold the standards of WP Facilities Standards Process Management: Identify, document, and execute on process improvements; Review/process Vendor document packages Certification: Direct LEED certifications across the portfolio Capital Improvements: Participate in the investment analysis for all significant construction/redevelopment/ projects to ensure appropriate allocation of capital and return on investment Financial Analysis: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of issues and operating trends in asset and property management Support and contribute to the design of operational practices, new improvements, to Critical Facilities and Environment properties and environments both in new construction/development existing properties Provide Critical Facilities and Environment operational reports outline system short falls in meeting reliability requirements and expectations Understand and monitor key spending trends, cost drivers, market factors, and geographic co
