Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage : 5 - 10% Job Description JOB SCOPE Worldpay's Global Business Resilience organization is seeking a high caliber, entrepreneurially minded Crisis Management (CM) Specialist who enjoys making a difference in a high growth company. The individual will have a passion for driving impactful resilience planning to ensure the successful adoption, effectiveness and continuous improvements of the program across a dynamic environment while being laser focused on adding value to our internal and external customers. This individual contributor will play a key role in helping further design, build, and execute FIS' global Business resilience arm of the larger Crisis Management program to help the company adequately prepare, mitigate and respond to business disrupting events in all areas of the world where we operate. The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships across all the Merchant, various corporate functions (corporate communications, regulatory) and the CIO organization to help guide the effective implementation of the program in a risk based and practical way. RESPONSIBILITIES Working with the Senior Director and team to develop the strategic business resilience strategy and annual execution plan, as well as monitor and track annual program activities to meet minimum regulatory requirements Responding proactively to all incidents as needed or assigned, which could be after hours and weekends Helping drive the implementation of the annual strategic business resilience program to continue to grow a resilient culture in everything we do Helping manage both direct and indirect members of the various resilience teams to drive the execution of the function and deliver on required outcomes Developing complex exercise scenarios to challenge the teams, writing exercise summaries and conducting regular follow up with assigned business crisis plans Facilitating senior and executive management workshops, trainings and exercises for assigned business crisis plans and large special projects Proactively work with key leaders in the areas of Info Security, CIO, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Communications, and BUROs to strengthen relationships, train stakeholders on CM protocols, enhance connection points to ultimately boost our collective ability to escalate and activate quickly and efficiently Working with key business and corporate partners to establish the Crisis Management program as a competitive advantage and an added value proposition to our customers Supporting all strategic business resilience compliance and regulatory reporting requirements as necessary Continuously look for ways to streamline or automate processes and procedures including expanding our work in tools like ServiceNow Enhancing and maintaining resilience metrics and analytics program, aligned with key resiliency partners, that drives metrics to include operational performance, delivery against targets and companywide resiliency Championing CM awareness throughout the enterprise Position will require some off-hour, on-call support (on an as needed basis) WHAT WE VALUE Ability to act with urgency and understand the dynamic and ambiguous nature of the crisis management environment for a global fintech operating on multiple time zones Experience of facilitating, with the senior director or VP, the Crisis response to large scale impacting events to the company Be available, as required, to drive the response to crisis level events at the Enterprise level and partner with regional and key corporate and LOB functional areas as they respond to these events The ability to drive complex, cross functional initiatives at a global level with multiple stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS
