Position: Product Manager, Digital Advertising Products

Location: Mexico

Reports to: EVP, US Digital

Role:

 

  • Responsible for developing and implementing new advertising products/services. Develop product definitions and provide documentation and subject matter expertise and training to other departments including sales, account management and ad operations

  • Monitor product performance along with market trends, user feedback, customer needs, competitive information and market research.

  • Define programs to drive engagement, awareness and education to the sales organization; enabling the product line to meet/exceed budget objectives.

  • Develop sales training and other sales enablement materials.

    Responsibilities:

     

  • Communicate and enforce rules/policies to Sales, Operations and Vendor groups; periodically review and revise policies as needed

  • Write PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and define end-to-end fulfillment processes from sales to fulfillment to billing/invoicing.

  • Serve as project manager for product launches: determine key deliverables, key dependencies tasks and timeframes.  Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure product launches hit critical milestones on time and within scope.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for all ad products with internal customers including sales and ad ops.

    Qualifications:

     

  • Previous project or product management experience preferred

  • Familiarity with digital advertising media (Google Ads, Facebook, OTT, Pre-roll Video, Digital Audio) or ad technology platforms (DSP, SSPs) a huge plus

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or quantitative field a plus

  • English Fluency required
