Aerotek is seeking a candidate for a Maintenance Management position for a high-precision manufacturer that produces products for the Aerospace, Medical, and Energy industries. They are looking for a journeyman-level maintenance technician to join their team. This is a day shift position with a 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday work week with some OT. The starting wage is 35-38$HR depending on skillset and is a direct hire. 2 Professional References are required for consideration. Those interested must possess the knowledge / work involved with installation, maintenance, modifications, repairs on equipment that includes metal die-casting, plastic molds, CNC, HVAC, and more.

Duties include, but not limited to

• Perform journeyman-level work in at least one specialty area of the skilled crafts trade such as electrical, fabrication, machining, hydraulics/pneumatics, HVAC, or production machinery repair.

• Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, HVAC, and all other equipment in the facility

• Install, maintain, adjust, and repair production fixtures

• Wire and maintain electrical systems of plastic molds

• Perform a safety inspection of the fire sprinkler system

• Perform building remodeling and maintain and repair building

• Perform safety checks of compressed air system and gas heating system

• Operates and repairs a variety of forklifts

• Set up and operate the full range of shop equipment and machines of each trade, working to close tolerances, and using appropriate standard and specialized measuring and testing instruments

• Assist other maintenance personnel

• Attends Quality Manual Standards Training and applies Quality Standards accordingly
