Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

What you need to know about this position:

The role is to support the MEU Seasonal Marketing Team to build Easter & Christmas strategy as well as Milka roadmap in Europe. EU Milka Seasonal is a >$260MM NR business, growing >7% vs. PY. Milka is a challenger, currently #3 branded manufacturer, with 10% market share behind Ferrero and Lindt.

It provides a fantastic opportunity to build a strong marketing experience across Europe, including:

  • Support Easter & Christmas strategy development across EU

  • Support key strategic portfolio initiatives, including architecture, renovation and innovation

  • Create best-in-class design execution, supporting brand & portfolio strategy

  • Participates in shaping and fueling mid & long-term strategy for Milka Seasonal in Europe – Where to Play, How to Win – with consumer need @ heart

Portfolio :

  • Deploys EU-scaled & superior product innovations, which deliver sustainable, incremental & profitable revenue potential

  • Identifies new business opportunities in category and/or Milka Seasonal white spaces

  • Elevates our current portfolio with strategic architecture (iPPA) and renovation initiatives

Design:

  • Leads, develops & delivers best-in-class designs

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced degree, ideally in Marketing

  • Fluent in English, written & spoken

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
