American Precast Industries LLC Production Technician in Clarion, Pennsylvania
American Precast Industries LLC is seeking a Production Technician.
- Assembling forms, stripping forms, and preparing for reuse
- Use of small tools such as grinder, impact gun, hammers, hand tools, etc....
- Set and tie rebar for cages.
- Perform basic carpentry skills when necessary
- Assist in concrete pouring, screening, oiling, and spraying release. Assist in patching finished concrete products as necessary.
- Use the vibrator to vibrate concrete.
- Assist in inventory procedures when necessary.
- Assist in the layout of dunnage on trailers for placement of finished products for shipping.
- Maintain clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment. Perform other routine duties.
- Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products
- Report to management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns
- Must work within the attendance policy guidelines.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
