Job Title: Process Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the proper set-up of all molds and related functions, including watering of the mold, knockout, hot runner set-up, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more. You will set parameters of the molding press according to the process verification sheet, repair any fluid or air leaks related to the mold, and handle the pulling and resetting of all mold halves for mold repair. Additional responsibilities include loading and unloading mold carrying trucks, maintaining the orderly appearance of the mold storage area, and ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed timely. Adherence to all company policies and safety procedures is a must, as is maintaining high standards of housekeeping in respective areas.
