BayCare Health System Supervisor of Accounts Payable in Clearwater, Florida

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

The Supervisor of Accounts Payable is responsible for:

  • Leading the AP processing team of approximately 14 team members

  • Navigating a high volume AP workload - the team handles up to 500,000 invoices per year

  • Utilizing our internal AP System Infor to process invoices

  • AP accounting process including but not limited to: disbursements, printing of checks, document intake, documentation

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Required - High school or Equivalent

  • Preferred - Associates

Experience

  • Required - 7 years Accounts Payable

  • Required - 2 years Supervisor

  • Leadership and ability to lead a team

  • Time management

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Critical thinking

  • Computer skills appropriate to the position
