Position Overview:

FedSync is seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive office management and administrative support to NASA's executive staff and Administrative Office at the Glenn Research Center (GRC). This role is critical in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization, with responsibilities that include budgeting, personnel records management, and payroll processing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and appointments
  • Schedule meetings, teleconferences, and conference rooms
  • Assist visitors and provide general office services
  • Disseminate information and manage office communications
  • Order supplies and coordinate office resources
  • Handle copying, faxing, graphics requests, and photo services
  • Manage records, data systems, and correspondence tracking
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and time/labor collection
  • Support property, move coordination, and training services
  • Assist with special events and information services coordination

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with NASA or related contracts preferred; active NASA badge is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle multiple priorities
  • Must pass regular background checks and drug screenings
