Construction Project Manager - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00091 Salary Range: $90K - $130K Permanent Position with Benefits. Cleveland, Ohio area company is seeking to hire an experienced Construction Project Manager with proficiency in Microsoft Project software to manage multi-discipline industrial projects. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural or other related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Project software to manage multi-discipline projects for refineries, chemical plants, utilities, food processing, pharmaceutical, as well as governmental and institutional • Ability to read and interpret build blueprints. CAD experience is a plus • 5+ years' management / supervision experience • Oversee and manage adhering to project proposals, cost estimates and internal engineering estimates • Familiar with structural engineering software for structural analysis & design such as RISA modeling software is a plus • Occasional out of town travel if needed Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
