R10040681 Medical Licensing Coordinator (Open) Location: Independence, OH - Rockside Woods Blvd - Management - North BSC How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Medical Licensing Coordinator's responsibility is to ensure Airgas compliance with state requirements related to the distribution of medical products to our customers. Additional responsibilities relate to the overall support and organization of the Airgas North Division medical sales team. In Particular you will: Maintain accurate database and verification of Board of Pharmacy Licenses. Follow up with customers upon expiration and/or investigate exemptions and maintain communication with the North Division Regions/Plant teams. Facilitate the entering and/or validation of customer licenses and purchase orders in SAP. Follow up with customers and account managers as needed to update our system. Assist with on-site cylinder audits as needed (0-3 per month) Prepare state licensing applications and renewals based on an understanding of individual state regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary information from Facility Managers and company executives. Prepare state update forms for non-routine events such as change of manager, officer, or address based on knowledge of individual state regulations. Meet due dates and time requirements as established by licensing requirements. Establish and maintain a filing system for license information. Other duties as assigned. __Are you a MATCH? High School Diploma or GED Experienced in administrative processes, data entry, and data management within the medical or industrial gas field. Have experience with and/or ability to learn SAP, Kronos, Concur, and any other computer tools/programs required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Sometimes under pressure to meet deadlines. Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solver, with an eye for detail. Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks or priorities as necessary in the course of the work day. Goal Oriented. Ability to set goals and manage time to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and achievement of goals are met. A team player, who takes ownership, creates solutions and drives for results to get the job done.
