Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hr

Schedule: (Interim 6-8 weeks with possible permanent role) 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

What’s a typical day as a Professional Development Specialist? You’ll be:

• Compiling, aggregating, and analyzing training data from various systems.

• Sending links and evaluations to training participants.

• Generating reports for trainers and leadership.

• Identifying process improvements to increase training user-ease and customer satisfaction.

• Creating program evaluations to measure the quality and effectiveness of professional development offerings.

• Gathering attendance, testing, and evaluation data through Qualtrics.

• Managing the Continuing Education process for all events.

• Liaising with trainers to execute the Continuing Education approval process.

• Delivering a high-quality user experience with professional development technical and web platforms.

• Managing and troubleshooting software and IT issues related to professional development activities.

• Coordinating and overseeing Center of Innovative Practices listservs and electronic mass mail distribution.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have good Excel and data management skills.

• Possess strong analytical abilities to identify process improvements.

• Have experience in program evaluation and data analysis.

• Are proficient in using virtual presentation platforms such as Zoom.

• Have knowledge of data management platforms like Qualtrics.

• Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
