Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst III

As an SCM Analyst III, you will analyze and evaluate operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures. The caregiver in this role supports management with contract management and compliance while also acting as a primary contact for product and service analysis.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am - 5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.

  • Manage and perform data analysis for assigned spend categories and/or business processes.

  • Recommend opportunity for contract savings.

  • Collaborate with strategic sourcing.

  • Consider cost effectiveness, quality, risk and utilization compliance.

  • Analyze organizational cost savings and prepare reports.

  • Support multi-entity contract analysis, including rebate and compliance analysis, and contract negotiation.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, transportation and logistics, business or a related field.

  • Three years of experience forecasting, inventory, contract management, analytical project management or related supply chain experience.

  • A high school diploma/GED and seven years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting may substitute the required experience.

  • An associate's degree and five years of experience may substitute the required experience.

  • A master's degree and two years of experience may substitute the required experience.

  • Can perform spreadsheet analysis and data extraction.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system, and in some locations, off-site

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $30.41

Maximum hourly: $46.38

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
