Emerson HR Operations Intern (6 months) in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

Emerson has an appealing role for you in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The main responsibility of this role will be to build and maintain records in our HR Systems and also to assist the HR Operations team in a variety of HR processes and initiatives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Build records in Oracle HCM Cloud and update them on time. Ensure data accuracy
Manage the New Hire processes in Oracle HCM a timely manner. This includes crafting and closing requisitions, progressing candidates in the system
Support the Europe Automation Solutions Organization in crafting training plans in Oracle Learn, ensuring accurate Training recording and reporting
Guide HR professionals and managers on HR systems and processes when needed
Assist with any rollout or implementation of new modules, tools, and processes
Participate in HR projects and assist in other duties as assigned

For this Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent attention to detail and timeliness
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal skills
Very good teamwork skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and tact
Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, ‘can do’ perspective
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Previous experiences such as internship, volunteering, work, and travel, etc.
Previous experience with handling/interpreting data, and working with databases
Familiarity with Outlook
