EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance

Plan and personalise the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency

Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients

Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes

Support pre-sales activities

Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies

Support escalated projects

Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise

Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of work experience in consulting company or within the IT department of an SAP Customer, delivering implementation services for various customers

Very good knowledge of financial business or controlling processes

Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI S/4Hana configuration; SAP CO would be an added advantage

Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules

Experience in working in virtual teams and international environment

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

University degree Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics

High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen

Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills

Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services

FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Fluent Romanian

English at business level

Conversational/advanced German or any other European language is an added advantage
