Build the future of data. Join the Snowflake team. Snowflake is looking for an Executive Assistant to work with our Field CTO and Solution Innovation teams in Sales Engineering. As an Executive Assistant, you're at the center of the team's business operations and activities and are relied upon to keep the team moving in a positive, forward direction. You are organized, dependable and able to keep up with changing business needs - using your understanding to strategically support and prioritize your team's projects. You also have communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people In this role you will work closely with senior leadership to take proactive ownership of calendars, coordinate complex meetings and work directly with key stakeholders. You will apply your exceptional time management, organizational skills, and professionalism on a daily basis. As a successful Executive Assistant you will act with a high level of integrity and discretion while handling confidential information. Reporting to the VP of FCTO, this position will afford you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment for a high-growth SaaS organization. You will work in a continuously changing work environment that supports internal growth and your long term career goals IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Complete tasks quickly with limited guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick turnaround Communicate professionally and confidently with seasoned professional contacts Take ownership of VP's calendars (two VPs) while coordinating complex meetings and projects Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives and their teams and prepare summaries of key calls Prepare expense reports Anticipate and address communication and efficiency issues before they become problems Schedule, plan, invite, and create agendas for various team events Take notes and manage action items Potential for some light project management on org projects ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: 3+ 5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior leadership Exceptional written and verbal correspondence with acute attention to detail Capability to partner with colleagues across Snowflake while approaching challenges with a position and solution minded perspective Experience with Google's G Suite tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) Proven ability to drive projects forward while simultaneously multitasking in an environment with shifting priorities Ability to work under little direction and exercise sound judgment when making time sensitive decisions Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $94,000 - $126,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
