Robert Half Training Coordinator in Coldwater, Michigan

Description

We are in search of a Training Coordinator to join our manufacturing team located in Coldwater, Michigan. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies for staff training, coordinating e-learning modules, and managing our learning management systems. This role requires a strong administrative skillset and proficiency in various software tools including databases and Microsoft Excel. Being bilingual in Spanish/English OR English/French-Creole is a required skill. This role is 100% onsite, M-F, 7am-4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Create, coordinate, and manage comprehensive training programs for staff members

• Utilize e-learning modules and other resources to develop effective training content

• Manage and maintain learning management systems to ensure accessibility and efficiency

• Use database systems for tracking and reporting training activities and employee progress

• Deliver excellent customer service when handling inquiries and requests related to training

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in all training activities

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and training administration tasks

• Utilize bilingual skills in English and Spanish to facilitate inclusive training sessions/Utilize bilingual skills in English/French-Creole

• Implement strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, logistics, and documentation related to training programs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in database management

• Familiarity with e-Learning modules

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Understanding of compliance regulations within the manufacturing industry

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to design and implement strategies

• Proficiency in Spanish language OR proficiency in French-Creole language

• Strong administrative skills

• Open to candidates with varying years of experience, including those just starting their careers.
