Hiring HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service commercial buildings,

including CRE, hospitals, and military bases, within a 120-mile radius of

Colorado Springs. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of commercial

maintenance experience. Responsibilities include changing out and replacing

blower motors and contactors, troubleshooting superheat and sub-cooling errors,

and using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical issues on compressors,

chillers, and boilers. The technician will receive job orders once a month and

must be able to build their own schedule, leaving from home to complete work

orders. An EPA Universal license is required.

Pay

· $25 - $40 (Based on relative experience)

Work Environment/Shift

Work independently; start and finish the day from home. Report to Operations

Supervisor and need to be in the office once a month for safety meeting.
