Join Kelly® Professional & Industrial as a Call Center Customer Service Professional at the largest employer in Columbia, SC. We have temp-to-hire and contract opportunities with competitive pay and a positive work environment. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, adjudicating claims and appeals, and ensuring accurate processing of claims. Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Temp-to-hire

• Company: Kelly® Professional & Industrial

• Location: Columbia, SC

• Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

• Shift: between 8:00am - 8pm, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and perform research to resolve inquiries effectively.

• Review and adjudicate claims and appeals.

• Identify incorrectly processed claims and initiate necessary adjustments and reprocessing actions.

• Enter claims into the system after verifying correct coding of procedures and diagnosis codes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

• Basic business math proficiency.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
