About the role

  • As a CBRE Contracts Administrator/Communication Coordinator you will consult with the internal account Senior Leadership Team to support the renewals of annual “ Statements of Work” and purchase order tracking for all account positions. This person also supports the SLT in developing communications that are related to organizational initiatives, portfolio updates, account strategy, and tracking performance metrics. This position supports an account that focuses on data center construction nationwide

  • Hybrid to Moncks Corner, SC several times per week

What you’ll do

  • 70% of the time your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a contract tracking tool that gathers all “Statements of Work”( +100 ) and corresponding PO’s in one secure database.

  • Develop a tickler system that identifies when SoW’s need to be renewed and alerts the responsible party to take action

  • Work within the clients accounting and legal systems to track the status of contract execution, PO issuance and legal reviews and keep the responsible parties informed of the status

  • Work with the SLT to be sure the finance team has the financial terms of the SoW contract to administer monthly billings and track all changes driven by changing contract terms.

  • Manage and track client databases and actions required to align with the client, and any other client enforced partner requirements to do business.

  • Help with complex projects and Data Analysis strategies.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Other duties include: 30%

  • Draft and edit internal and external communication including presentations, Partner Business Reviews, dashboards, memos, etc.

  • Create presentations in Google slides that demonstrate your ability to be creative and develop content around key themes.

  • Provide cross-disciplinary project initiative status and provide creative and content management support for RFP responses and other presentations needed by SLT.

  • Conduct background research and content development for account correspondence and presentations.

  • Receive and review confidential information and assist in the development of executive messaging.

  • Assist management with advanced administrative needs.

  • Collaborate with SLT management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs

  • Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and standard processes within the communications space.

  • Have a broad understanding of your own job subject area and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite / Google Suite

  • Experience with contracts administration

  • Commercial real estate exposure is a plus
