Your responsibilities in this role

  • Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

  • Oversee special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

  • Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Background working with Direct Phone Calls

  • Comprehension of Phone Etiquette

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Receptionist Duties

  • Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Phone Operations

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Transfer Calls

  • General familiarity with Deliver Messages

  • Good understanding of Multi-line Phone Systems

  • Foundational knowledge in Professional Phone Etiquette

  • Experience with Phone Messages

  • Phone Coverage experience highly valued

  • Pleasant Phone experience required

  • Direct Visitors experience

  • Earlier work involving Inbound Telephone Calls

  • Receptionist Duties experience

  • Switchboard phone (10 -30 lines) experience highly desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Office Equipment

  • Adeptness in Assist Visitors

  • Experience with Direct Visitors

  • Adeptness in Basic Grammar

  • Phone Voice experience desired

  • Proficiency in Pleasant Phone Manner

  • Foundational knowledge in On-site Visitors

  • Previous experience working with Multiple Phone

  • Phone System experience preferred

  • Prior experience with Phone Switchboard

  • General familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Practical knowledge of Delivers Mail
