Job Description: Corporate Marketing, Sales and Client Experience Channel Manager The Corporate Marketing, Sales and Client Experience Channel Manager is responsible for overall management of the marketing, sales and retention programs for specific channels of the National Church Residences portfolio of Affordable Housing, Development, Senior Living, Senior Services and Corporate and is responsible for transparently reporting on the key performance metric, return-on-investment and efficacy of those programs. This position reports to the Corporate Marketing, Sales and Client Experience Director and has no direct reports. Accountabilities for assigned channels include: Serves as primary Marketing, Sales and Client Experience corporate contact. Managing all aspects of execution and communications on the planned Marketing programs. Manages Customer Relationship Management reporting, sales funnel efficacy. Analyze Senior trends, market/competition trends and length of sales cycle to determine the necessary activities in order to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs). Develops an outreach plan with the direction from Corporate Marketing, Sales and Client Experience Director based on the needs of the channel. Supports on the ground channel teams and helps problem solve barriers to achieving the KPIs. Gives oversite to the readiness the completion of all paperwork needed to achieve the KPIs. Monitor website, social media and reviews for trends and opportunities for content development from testimonials. Build relationships and collaborate to ensure brand and project success Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely manner, as well as coordinate regular meetings. Treat Seniors, family members and other team members with dignity and respect while responding to their needs. Promote National Church Residences in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior. Accept other duties as assigned. Requirements: Marketing 4 Year Degree or equivalent. 3-5 Years of Experience Self-motivated, organized, and professional. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, problem solving, conflict management and budgeting. Possess excellent leadership and have a caring disposition. Current state specific driver's license and appropriate driving record with a working vehicle Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance. Computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Good communication skills, verbal and written, routinely follow written and verbal instructions. English language skills adequate to allow communication with Residents and staff.
