Job Title: Recruiting Partner Job Family

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and innovative professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position is responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting activities that include research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified talent for the organization in a timely manner. To ensure an exceptional experience this position will also be charged with providing best-in-class service to our candidates and hiring leaders. In addition, this role will explore new methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for the Company's key business partners and roles.

This position is Hybrid located either in Columbus, Ohio or Merrillville Indiana.

The successful candidate will be hired and compensated at the appropriate level within the job family, based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities & years of experience.

Required Qualifications for All Levels:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree with a business-related concentration or equivalent experience

  • Experience with using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit nationally for multiple locations

  • Ability to travel to recruiting events, as needed

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Must have the ability to multi-task

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting

  • Experience with building/leveraging talent communities, social media/networking and recruiting systems

  • Have experience and passion for inclusiveness and diversity

Preferred Qualifications for All Levels:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

  • Experience using Workday

Recruiting Partner Required Qualifications for Position :

  • 2-4 years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levels

  • At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacities

Senior Recruiting Partner Required Qualifications for Position:

  • 5+ years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levels

  • 5 years or more of direct sourcing experience comprised of primary and secondary intelligence gathering, cold calling, social networking, and traditional sourcing methods.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying talent for multiple applicable business disciplines with complex search criteria.

  • Expert knowledge of candidate sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends and relationship management

  • Extensive internet research experience and a deep knowledge of various search engine capabilities

Lead Recruiting Partner Required Qualifications for Position:

  • 6+ years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles at all levels

  • At least 6 years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacities

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Demonstrated track record of intentional planning and implementation of continuous improvement work or projects in the TA function

  • Has 2+ years of project/program coordination experience, driving complex projects against KPIs to completion and collaborating cross-functionally

Lead Recruiting Partner Preferred Qualifications for Position:

  • 1+ years of officer-level recruiting

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting Partner Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Salary Range: 65,900-99,000

  • Partner with Sourcing Consultant to create sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, qualified talent pipelines that meet current and future hiring needs and drive growth across the business units you support

  • Based on hiring trends, proactive source and create pipelines for roles

  • Perform resume reviews, phone screens, present candidate slate to hiring leader, advise hiring leader on hiring process and facilitate job offer process between successful candidate and hiring leader

  • Formulates, recommends, and extends contingent offers and offer letters to selected candidates in collaboration with the hiring managers

  • Drive high candidate experience favorability scores, regardless of the hiring outcome, by supporting candidates through the recruiting process and providing strong feedback during and after

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand in the market

  • Lead by example by maintaining all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring maximum usage of the system

  • Contribute to developing and implementing diversity and community recruiting initiatives in support of the organization’s diverse hiring goals and objectives

  • Leverage multiple channels and social media technology in recruitment campaigns

  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements)

  • Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results

  • Ensure all recruiting processes and applicant data is within OFCCP compliance

  • Fosters strong collaborative relationships when contributing in a wide range of scenarios (generating new ideas, team calls, mentoring, training, partnerships with peer Recruiters, HRBP and delivery teams, and leadership).

  • Leverage sourcing tools to confirm we are recruiting and hiring to reflect the communities we serve

  • Participate in in-person and/or virtual recruitment events

Senior Recruiting Partner Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range: 77,400-116,200

  • Partners with executives and hiring managers to gain an understanding of current and future talent requirements, challenges and concerns.

  • Develops expert insight into each recruiting assignment, including skills required of the role, relevant technologies, culture fit dimensions, unique qualifications, and formulates appropriate sourcing strategies, etc.

  • Provide coaching to team members.

  • Builds talent pipelines through proactive, creative and targeted search/marketing strategies to ensure Talent Acquisition has a readily accessible pipeline of both active and passive candidates, including managing internet job postings and utilizing social media

  • Track effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data.

Lead Recruiting Partner Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range: 91,000-136,600

  • Partner with clients to provide expertise in initiating, implementing, and evaluating recruiting practices

  • Conduct officer level searches and hires

  • Leverage Candidate Experience data to recommend continuous improvement to Talent Acquisition’s process

  • Develop and implement diversity and community recruiting initiatives in support of organization’s diverse hiring goals and objectives

  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results. Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership and team with opportunities for improvement, etc.

  • Partner with Sourcing Consultant in areas such as vendor relations and enterprise-wide recruitment initiatives

  • Will function as subject matter expert and project lead

  • Will be assigned between to 3-5 Talent Acquisition continuous improvement projects per year
