Job Description: Overview The Sr. Talent Business Advisor will work closely with the Consulting People Partner and business leaders on strategies to enable success through talent. Working in collaboration with the firm's Talent Leadership team the Sr. Talent Business Advisor will provide the highest level of talent consultation while leading change initiatives around HR programs and processes to emphasize a culture that facilitates high employee engagement and enables performance excellence. This role will provide strategic consultation translating the business strategy into talent solutions and will partner with business leaders to ensure effective delivery of talent services and strategic initiatives across all aspects of the employee lifecycle including attraction, selection, diversity, equity & inclusion, learning and development, engagement, performance management, career progression, succession planning, and retention. This position will lead the way talent solutions are delivered to the practice and will need have a strong understanding of the business, client, market, strategy and impact to our people. Responsibilities Delivery of Strategy Advise and coach business leaders on talent related matters, organizational effectiveness and achieving results through people. Use data analytics and reporting for effective and insightful decision-making. Distill complex information into key insights, clear recommendations, and action plans. Partner with Consulting People Leader to drive business outcomes through talent practices. Provide talent insights to enable better decision making. Lead and coordinate the Business Unit Talent Team, including individuals from each discipline of Talent assigned to support the BU; (learning, people operations and talent acquisition) to develop an integrated talent strategy to meet the needs of the business. Develop change management and integration plans to effectively implement the Talent Strategy. HR Operations, Employee Relations and Performance Collaborate with talent teams to execute the delivery of talent lifecycle events. Partner with leaders to address critical employee issues. Organizational Development and Culture Ensure the best experience and support of each employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, development, reward, environment, offboarding). Develop a comprehensive talent engagement and retention plan to support growth. Play a key role in the development and delivery of DEI strategy. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify diverse talent both internally and externally for all levels and positions. Work closely with the learning leader to develop and implement key learning and development strategies for the business. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization including with the following teams within Talent Solutions; Performance Management, Employee Experience, Recruiting, Visa & Immigration and all Centers of Excellence to further the talent agenda and continue to build an exceptional experience for our employees Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years of Human Resource Manage
