Job Duties: Re-engineer business operations to improve business results and operational effectiveness. Evaluate complex business requirements and model data and / or system requirements. Analyze and document complex business problems. Develop and implement business testing strategies. Coordinate upgrades and rollouts of larger more complex projects. Leads projects or sub-projects. Job Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a Sr SBU Syst Supp Analyst-related occupation. Position also requires demonstrable experience in the following: Object, data, or process modeling. Financial analysis and planning and business value analysis. Business process design. Negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building. Detailed knowledge of billing and payment processing. Detailed knowledge of commission processing. Form generation and communications using HP Exstream. Delinquency processes and financial reconciliation. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL server. Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter experience. AWS telephony and IVR. CRM. Knowledge of Calabrio.
