Our client in the retail trade industry is seeking a Visual Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and the ability to muli-task and prioritize which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Visual Specialist

Location: Columbus, OH: Hybrid - T, W, TH in office

Pay Range: $33.57/hr

Duration: 12 month (potential to extend)

What’s the Job?

• Expect each day to be different as we prioritize business needs accordingly, in person and virtual meetings, working in IWD to virtually merchandise fixtures, and communication with cross functional partners

• 90% of job responsibility will require virtual store design programing and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats

• Executes creative concepts, seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects

• Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meets Brand objectives.

• Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning in order to create new and innovative thinking.Visits stores to understand the customer needs in order to identify go-forward opportunities.

What’s Needed?

• BA Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Art or equivalent experience

• 2-4 years’ visual merchandising

• Experienced in Window operating system and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience delivering in fast paced environment with attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Ability to understand and execute product positioning strategies

• Strong Communication and presentation skills
