Our Graduate Rotation and Development Program (GRAD) is a challenging two-year development opportunity designed to help you obtain valuable company knowledge, hands-on experience and expertise in your chosen discipline. After the initial assignment, the successful candidate should be open to the possibility of relocating to other Chevron Phillips work locations in order to further their development.

Career Possibilities:

Candidates with a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering are found throughout Chevron Phillips global operations. With two to eight years of experience, Chemical Engineers can move into new assignments including:

• Operations/Production Engineering

• Process Engineering

• Planning and Analysis

• Marketing and Technical Sales

• Research and Technology

• Supply and Distribution

• Project Engineering

• Environmental or Safety Engineering

• Special assignment to large capital projects

• Advanced Process Control Engineering

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not now or in the future require sponsorship by the employer

• Possess a degree in Chemical Engineering

Preferred :

• Possess internship or equivalent work experience in a related industry
