Job Title: Process Improvement EngineerJob Description

Monitor processing facilities and ensure they function smoothly. Develop new methods to improve the efficiency of each processing facility and plan out improvement projects per site.

Hard Skills

• Assess existing processes and workflows with engineering and processing managers

• Optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures

• Assemble reports to document process status and changes

• Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades

• Communicate findings and proposals to upper management

• Utilize process simulation software to test and identify the most appropriate processing strategies

• Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes

• Conduct risk assessments

• Assess compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
