Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager/Project Estimator with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. As a Project Manager/Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction management and estimating will contribute to the success of our projects. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary will be based on experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Project Manager/Project Estimator or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and management principles, practices, and techniques
Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
Proficiency in construction management software for project planning and scheduling
Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
Ability to build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services
Familiarity with project management processes and tools
Proficiency in using software tools such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite
