Dell is looking to add to the talented team of Global Exchange Systems Administration and Support Graduate based in Cork. . The team has strong technical, analytical and communications skills for the management and administration of a Global Exchange environment.
Day-to-day system administration of the environment
Implementation of new products and services
Performing preventative maintenance
Providing operational support for Windows Servers , Exchange 2013, Active Directory, as well as 3rd party applications within the Hosted Exchange offering
Technical Skill Development Opportunities
Experience with large Exchange 2013 deployments
Experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange 2013 administration
Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Microsoft clustering technology
Experience in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of local area network hardware and software services including the maintenance, set-up, and configuration of system software, software applications, servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
Configuration experience of email clients to include Outlook, Outlook Express and Outlook Anywhere
Understand various access methods including POP, IMAP, OWA, MAPI, Outlook Anywhere, and SMTP Mailflow)
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
Expertise in troubleshooting problems with a focus on rapid resolution of any system outages Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills allowing the ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and management
Ability to work with other departments to gather and distribute information
Ability to work in a global multicultural team
Ability to strictly maintain confidential data
Degree in a technical backgroud
