Logitech Sustainability Electrical Engineering Project Manager in Cork, Ireland

The Team and Role:

As the EE techno Program Manager you will be responsible for the coordination of all the EE sustainability technical projects for Logitech hardware engineering team. You will coordinate multiple EE projects that deliver advanced technical solutions. Your role will be to bridge project teams and the key stakeholders such as the Hardware internal EE engineering team, Operation sustainability team, and business groups.

Your daily responsibility will be coordinating, managing dependencies, centralizing reporting, and acting as a centralized point of escalation.

  • Closely working with the Electrical Engineering Sustainability Architect, and Electrical Engineering Engineers to create, maintain and communicate the prioritization, and roadmap based on the agreed sustainability benefit and feasibility

  • In conjunction with the project technical leads and functional managers, define project objectives schedule and resources

  • To work closely with the program manager to integrate the electrical engineering roadmap to the whole hardware engineering sustainability technology roadmap

  • Help technical leaders ensure that the electrical engineering project development meets the agreed deliverables

  • Establish, own and maintain the regular electrical engineering sustainability technical project dashboard

  • Develop and maintain the right level of documentation to manage all the projects and ensure a high-quality documentation process to communicate with key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with functional manager to improve project organization, efficiency via creating/adopting tools and improving processes

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 2 to 5 years of electrical engineering hardware experience

  • 2 years of program management experience

  • 2 years of working in the consumer electronics industry

  • Experience in driving cross-functional teams

  • Excellent cross-function communication skills

  • Good capability to influence and interact with different levels of management

  • Nice to have a Bachelor/master degrees in the relevant areas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passionate about sustainability, creating a better future for the planet

  • Experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds/regions

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
