A well-established property management firm is hiring a Property Management Assistant. The successful candidate will take care of various administrative tasks related to building operations and management.

Responsibilities:

• Property inspections and arranging for any maintenance or repair work.

• Communication and interaction with tenants, answering their inquiries and resolving complaints.

• Assist with rent collections, deposits, and maintaining financial records.

  Requirements

• Experience in the property management industry is a plus.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
