Job Title: Client Care Associate (Veterinary Receptionist)
Salary: £12,492 per annum (FTE £24,985)
Location: Chess Veterinary Clinic, Rickmansworth/Chorleywood Surgery
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 20 Hours per week.
Chess Veterinary Clinic is seeking a caring, organized, and motivated individual to join their outstanding front-of-house team.
Our Reception team serves as the face and voice of our business, making this role highly valued.
Your role and responsibilities
The duties will involve, but are not limited to:
Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
Processing prescription requests.
Taking payments.
Promoting offers and services.
Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous Customer facing experience
Ability to work at a fast working pace under pressure
Administration, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent IT skills – Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel).
