Description
SUMMARY:To assist in the fulfillment of all required grounds and preventative maintenance needs as assigned, assuring all work is performed and completed in a safe and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for facilities generalized maintenance, preventative machinery and preventative equipment maintenance as assigned, and performs established preventative maintenance & safety inspections, per schedule.
Caring for and maintaining all properties. Duties include grounds maintenance and non-standard janitorial tasks.
Provide support to other business/contract work as needed.
Adheres to assigned work schedule and work order system to assure maximum efficiency.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or GED. Valid NYS driver’s license with a driving record that is in accordance with the requirements of our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.
