Omnicell, Inc. Associate Data Analyst in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania

Overview

Omnicell Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Data Analyst to join our Sales Analytics team at our Cranberry Township, PA office. The candidate will help the NA Growth organization by developing and executing data cleansing strategies in Salesforce CRM and partnering with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase data accuracy for organizational reporting and strategy development. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT/IS, Service, Data Analytics, Operations, and Marketing to achieve organizational goals.

Major Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce data strategy and cleansing actions, including data maintenance and record updates partnering with data owners on accuracy reviews.

  • Manage multiple data cleansing priorities and participate in data cleansing projects.

  • Partner with members of the business to develop data accuracy strategies

  • Data entry, collection, and interpretation

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets across multiple Salesforce instances

  • Understand and manage complex relationships among various business data sets

  • Define new data collection and analysis processes

  • Develop and report on reports and dashboards that evaluate data accuracy

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education / Training:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Market Research or related field

Business Experience:

  • 0-1 year of experience in system administration, business intelligence, data analytics, sales support or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com

  • Experience in the healthcare industry

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • An understanding of complex business applications, data analysis, definition, design, logical modeling, and relational databases

  • A high threshold for ambiguity and lack of structured process during early phases of engagements

  • Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action; naturally inquisitive; the desire to continuously improve current business practices/processes

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills; effective presentation and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional team projects

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
