Job Title: Project/Program Manager IV

Job Description:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects/programs, the Project/Program Manager IV oversees all aspects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. This role involves preparing reports for upper management on the status of the project/program and requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will lead and direct the work of others, demonstrating a high degree of creativity and latitude. Responsibilities also include developing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for sponsorship opportunities, creating custom creative and marketing ideas, managing RFP development, and collaborating on pitches. This role acts as the voice of Integrated Marketing, both internally and at client meetings, and defines internal processes to improve speed to market.

Requirements & Additional Skills:

  • Content experience such as TV, streaming, podcast

  • 5+ years of advertising expertise

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Proposal development experience

  • Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site:

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days on-site in New York, NY or Culver City, CA (dependent on candidate's location).
