Position Summary

This position is open to fully remote - WFH anywhere.

This role will focus on creation, editing, and execution of C# programs developed to assist the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness Finance arm in automation of a variety of manual processes. Some of these processes involve extracting and submission of data via web-portals utilizing Selenium, managing relationships of data between Microsoft Office and other sources, and acting on emails based on content and subject.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills (course work and internships included)

  • 1+ years of experience working with object-oriented programming

  • 1+ years of experience developing software solutions based on delivered instructions

  • 1+ years of experience with application development

  • Highly organized: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy

  • Structured & Logical Thinking: The ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.

  • Process oriented: The ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement that impact the professional practice of our store-level pharmacy teams

  • Passion for Health Care: An ongoing desire to make one of the world’s strongest health care companies even stronger

  • Powerful Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.

  • Initiative: Ability to think creatively and be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching and to proactively develop and present potential solutions.

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation and/or managing multiple processes across multiple machines

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
