JOB DESCRIPTION
Hand-harvest export quality blueberries and/or operate machine-harvester for blueberries and/or work on the harvester for export quality berries
The person in this position will be hand picking, stacking flats/lugs/bins, thinning, training, and pruning blueberries
Install trellis posts and trellis berry plants
Weed specifc fields of blueberry varieties
Use of Hand tools and Power Equipment
Apply pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other crop protectants
Work on production line to pack product by hand or with mechanized equipment
Pack/bunch/bundle product pursuant to supervisor instructions
Fill bins/trays and other containers with product and, prepare product for shipment to market or storage
Palletize and stack boxes/containers
