岗位名称： 维修维护工程师

汇报对象： 工程与资产维护部经理

岗位目标：

• 负责工厂的维修维护工作。包括：工厂糖化，发酵，蒸馏等工艺生产设备；工厂各建构筑物；污水处理厂设施设备等。

• 在工厂本人及所管理的第三方外包维修维护作业，须遵守国家法规，遵守公司内部规章。

• 区域执行无伤害安全作业标准；碳中和环保标准。

• 打造标志性世界级威士忌酒厂基础设施。

• 支持工厂与工厂工程团队，例如：作为安全工程师的备份，作为工程经理的备份。

岗位职责：

• 对本人及所管理的第三方外包维修维护活动安全负责，积极支持各区域安全隐患排查与治理。

• 建立健全工厂设备台账，对各设备制定适用的预防性维护策略并切实执行，实现有效维修维护。

• 保证维修维护质量。

• 维护预防性维护计划及落实预防性维护活动的执行。

• 支持自主维护活动。

• 持续延长平均故障间隔时间。

• 备件管理工作，对各设备零配件有效分级，维护零配件台账，落实库存管理。

• 管理第三方外包作业。

• 管理建构筑物维修维护作业。

• 管理维修间与维修工机具。

• 负责维护可靠性数据报表。

• 维护工程资料档案。

• 完成上级交办的其他任务。

岗位要求 ：

• 持低压电工特种作业操作证。

• 机械，电气，自动化相关专业理论背景，具有5年以上本相似岗位实践经验。

• 具有SAP经验优先。

• 动手能力与技巧，服务意识强。

• 英语读写能力。
