Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of our clients' properties, using a variety of cleaning methods, tools, and chemicals. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform standard cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure areas are tidy and sanitary.
- Utilize provided Avbabs products and tools effectively to clean commercial and residential buildings.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks including window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and occasional deep cleaning services.
- Restock and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored properly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, and use proper PPE when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure all cleaning needs are met and any issues are reported promptly.
- Adhere to schedules while being flexible to accommodate urgent cleaning requests.
Physical Demands:
- Constant movement including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Manage tasks efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Effective communication skills and a positive team player.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts and locations as required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
