Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in the Professional Services industry, based in Dallas, Texas. The role involves a variety of clerical duties including document management, receptionist duties, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and directing incoming calls as necessary

• Scanning, saving, and filing documents to ensure the efficient organization of records

• Assisting with various tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office

• Delivering high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally

• Performing data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word, to perform various tasks

• Operating ADP - Financial Services software for specific financial-related tasks

• Creating charts and graphs as required to visually represent data

• Corresponding professionally with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing

• Utilizing the 'About Time' system to effectively manage tasks and time

• Ensuring punctuality and dependability to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs

• Proven skills in correspondence and customer service

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Experience in document scanning and filing

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven ability to maintain an organized filing system.
