Job Description:
Provide skills in the area of plumbing, electrical maintenance/repair, carpentry and/or painting.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; four years experience in general maintenance duties or trade school; licenses as required. Or an equivalent years of education and/or work experience. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s license and a good clean driving record.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A minimum of three or more years in facility maintenance operations or related experience or training in building maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of and experience with electrical, plumbing, inventory supervision, general building maintenance, and repair skills.
