Support for Real Time Communications 2nd level Operations support for M365 Applications automation. These applications are in support of a greater M365 initiative, and the successful candidate should be able to support M365, including provisioning, and automation support. Support for email automation using .NET and deployed on Windows servers and Azure.

The successful candidate will have between 5 and 8 years of experience in supporting .NET based applications, including exchange email and performance optimization. The candidate should be well-versed in Windows Administration as well as cloud based environments such as Azure (login, extract event logs, proxy settings etc.). Successful candidates should also demonstrate a solid knowledge of MS SQL database and basic .Net including script development and troubleshooting experience. The support focus will be on Cloud computing (Azure)

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based server automation applications, including web servers, application servers, and database servers

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (basic .NET, PowerShell)

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Perform system backups and disaster recovery operations

• Create and maintain system documentation

• Install and configure software applications

• Monitor and analyze system logs

• Work with component support teams (e.g. Data Base, Voice/Data Network and Storage) to coordinate activities for remediation of issues

• Work within the Bank’s ticketing system (currently Remedy) for entering, updating, and closing incident tickets

• Escalate to appropriate teams and vendors

• Perform various housekeeping functions on room systems/ infrastructure (e.g. daily health checks), Splunk monitoring, email monitoring for new issues, etc.

• Serve in an “On call” rotation.
