Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Fixed Assets with expertise in Oracle Fusion that is a proficient problem solver with a strong background in accounting and project management. This role requires on-site presence and the ability to navigate providing strategic guidance to the client team as it pertains primarily to Oracle Fusion. Working a hybrid schedule in North Dallas. This is a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an advisor to the client team on Oracle Fusion-related matters, particularly in accounting processes.

• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization within the Oracle Fusion environment.

• Provide guidance and expertise to the client team during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

• Act as a liaison between the client team and internal resources, facilitating communication and ensuring project milestones are met.

• Proactively identify risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

• This is a Project Role less Task-Based Role.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation and/or detailed knowledge of and use of Oracle Fusion on a day-to-day accounting basis.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in technology platforms, with a focus on Oracle, especially in the functions of configuration, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
